YOUTH Local Mission Experience

Not too many signed up to work at our local mission project this summer but those that did, sure put the work in! Day 1 was spent at the Fowler residence working on scraping and painting part of the house. (thanks to Doug and Anne for the popsicles & ice cream!) Day 2 was more painting, pulling weeds, washing windows and hauling away debris.

  • Wednesday nite meals


    First UMC's Wednesday Nite Community Meal is FULL STEAM AHEAD! We are open for dining in from 5-6:30 PM or you can order a meal to be picked up at the OC from 5-5:30 PM in the alley, on Wednesdays. These meals are available to ANYONE! Just call the Church or OC office to reserve a meal.  


    Not interested in eating a meal but you'd like to help? Contact the Church office to see if there may be a volunteer position available that fits your interest! Check out how we are helping First UMC's food ministry grow!




  • Class of 2020

    "Graduation ceremony"

    First UMC celebrated several of our Class of 2020 members at 9 AM worship on Sunday, August 2.

  • The Blessing Box

    The Blessing Box is located at our Outreach Center.  

    It provides much needed food items for people in the Columbus community.  

    This is a great way for you to support our church's food ministry, so keep donating!
